Antony Osborne was arrested Monday night after a domestic call to Hutto McIver Apartments on MLK Jr Drive.

Bainbridge Public Safety Cpl Brian Boyett and Officer Anthony Stubbs made the arrest on a DUI warrant.

In May, two 12 year old children and an 18 year old were seriously injured in a 2 car collision when Antony Osborne, drinking and driving with a suspended license, did not make them buckle up.  Later, Antonio Osborne walked out of the hospital in his gown and had not been found until Monday night.

Antony Lamar Osborne, 24,  was charged with DUI (3rd offense), 2 counts of endangerment of child under 14 - DUI and driving while license suspended or revoked among other related charges.
