One thing you don't do is throw bricks in Jewell Williams' yard.  Last Friday evening, the 82 year old took her walking cane to her 69 year old neighbor and was arrested for aggravated assault.

The victim, Jeanette, reported to Public Safety Captain Robert Humphrey that she was raking leaves out of the drain at the corner of her street.  She saw Jewell Williams with her walking cane coming up the street.

Ms Williams confronted Jeanette about throwing some bricks in her yard, then she took her walking cane to her.  They went to the ground and fought.  A witness reported seeing Ms Williams over Jeanette beating her with her cane.  Jeanette also reported Ms Williams was biting her on the hand.

Jeanette reported that Ms Williams said "When I come back I will kill you." and walked off.  Jewell Williams told Captain Humphrey that she was just going to talk with Jeanette until she confronted her with a rake.

82 year old Jewell Williams of Washington St was booked for aggravated assault with a walking cane and transported to county jail.
