A 20 year old, that regularly "escapes" from Johnson's Personal Care Home was discovered Wednesday night about midnight on the streets.

Public Safety responded to a suspicious person hanging around a video store near their closing time.  Officer Collin Hastey found a male that all Public Safety officers have come to know.

At left, Officer Hastey gives owner another warning and returns her patient to her.

They just put him in their car and take him back to 1007 South Hall Street.  Officers Hastey requested 911 to call the care home to alert them he had again "escaped" and was being returned.

He has been picked up many times over the last several months.  The 20 year old is mentally challenged and a number of times he has reportedly knocked on doors in the middle of the night asking for sex.  The greatest concern is for the young man and the fear he will be hurt during one of his "escapes".
