Here Goes Jamarkus Again

Hey Jamarkus, your baby mama does not want you visiting at 3 am or 4 am in the morning.  Jamarkus Baker must not have liked that answer because then he broke a front window to the Lord Avenue apartment.  When that did not convince her to let him in, he broke out the window of her car.

Nothing new here though.  In December, 2009, in a Memorable Christmas Visit, he beat his baby mama in front of his children.  On that occasion, Jamarkus Jermain Baker was charged with criminal damage to property, possession of marijuana, theft by taking, obstruction of an officer, disorderly conduct, 3 counts of cruelty to children, battery with family violence and burglary.

At about 2:30 am Saturday morning, Public Safety responded to an unwanted person at the apartment.  When Officer Brent Haire arrived, Jamarkus was gone.  A few minutes before 4 am, Jamarkus was back.  this time he busted the car window to get her attention.

The baby seat can be seen in the back seat.
This time Public Safety arrived as he was being driven away by a friend.  The car was stopped and after giving a false name to police, he was identified by his baby mama.  She also explained things to him in her own way.

Hopefully Jamarkus will hear what the courts have to say about this a little better this time.
