One Juvenile Punk Caught

Public Safety Cpl Jon Harrison was able to identify the 2 juveniles that assaulted Heather.  By about 10 pm, the one that "only" pushed her was arrested.  He has been transported to Blakely.

The juvenile offender that slammed Heather's head into the brick was identified but he could not located.  Officers searched for him but as of after midnight, he was not at home.

The 11 year old juvenile has so many offenses and points that he should be incarcerated.  You will certainly remember him from this incident in October.

What I understand his situation to be;
The Department of Juvenile Justice has no place for him.
This juvenile needs mental health treatment.  He needs to be placed somewhere for the treatment - but there is no place in the whole State of Georgia to place him.  So he will probably be back on Bainbridge streets soon.

This is a for-sure Enough is Enough.
Nowhere to place this 11 year old? Somebody needs to come up with the money to Make Something Happen rather than playing this game.  Who has the purse strings so tight that a real juvenile problem stays on the street?

And he is only 11, Jessica is right, we're screwed.
