The BHS Boys Basketball, having won 7 straight games, traveled to Thomasville on Tuesday night to take on the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs had beaten Bainbridge earlier in the season during a hard fought overtime game. The Bearcats were up for the challenge of another exciting game and came away with a huge win 53-45.
Scoring for the bearcats were Paul Chutes and Justin Baker with 11 points apiece, Rodney Gleen and Dontavius Marshall with 7 apiece, Greg Lee-6, Trea Kelly-5, Dillon Thomas-4 (and one impressive dunk), Mike Jones-2.
The Bearcats are now 13-4.
On Friday night, the Bearcats play at home in their first region game of the year against Thomasville Central. They will have as special guests all the YMCA Basketball teams and their coaches dressed in their jerseys to support our bearcats.

BHS Boys B Team Defeats Thomasville
The b-team basketball team defeated Thomasville's b-team on Tuesday night to continue their perfect season. The final score was 44-35. Scoring for BHS bteam was Mez Harris-12, Trey Miller-11, Stephen Johnson-6, Mike Jones-5, Dorian Gadsen-5 and Tavarious Bowen-5.
The b-team is back in action on Friday night when Thomasville Central comes to town. The boys b-team game begins at 4:30 pm.
