William Feagle and Lisa Chinell were arrested on Friday after Decatur County Deputies served a search warrant at 258 Kelly Road.

Methamphetamine was clearly visible to deputies as they entered the residence at about 11 am. They found Feagle and Lisa Chinell relaxed in their living room (see below), but even in the face of 4-5 Deputies, Feagle wanted to fight.
Major Wendell Cofer stated Feagle had to be tased twice before he decided it was better to cooperate with deputies. EMS was called to check him, which is standard procedure, after being tased.
Captain Chip Nix stated the search warrant came out of a DEFACs investigation into the home. DEFACs had recently removed 2 children from the home.

William Feagle and Lisa Chinell were charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent and obstruction. Several rifles were recovered and William Feagle was also charged with possession of a fire arm by a convicted felon.
In a search of the residence and the surround buildings, investigators secured what is believed to be between $15-$20,000 in stolen property. There was an abundance of tools, some new and not even out of the box. Several of the items were quickly identified as stolen. Sheriff's Deputies also seized 2 vehicles from the residence.
