Three arrests were made for disorderly conduct by Officer Pat Bryant at Hutto McIver Apartments. He responding to a fight at about 2 pm. All agreed that Erica and Derica Allen arrived at apartment 11B to pick up a friend's children to take them out. An argument ensued over the amount of money Yasmin Young was to give Erica and Derica for the kids. Then a physical altercation began.
Erica and Derica Allen stated Yasmin began swinging at them.
Yasmin Young stated Erica and Derica attacked her.
The age of the children was not noted.

At about 6:15 pm, Deputy Nick Godwin responded to a domestic at 131 Gaines Bouie Road, a common occurrence. He found Jerome Fagg laying face down on the ground in the yard with blood coming from a wound on his head. It appeared that he was unconscious and soon became more alert.
He stated that his son, Anthony Harrison, had hit him on the head with a pipe. EMS transported him to the hospital. When Anthony returned home Sgt. Patrick Trolinger immediately took him into custody. Harrison began loudly saying that he only hit Fagg because he was being threatened with a gun and then led Sgt. Trolinger to the pipe used in the assault.
Jerome Fagg was asked about a gun and stated that he owns a rifle, but that it had not been taken out during the incident. Sgt. Trolinger took possession of the rifle. The case turned over to Sheriff's Investigator Phillips.

A Bartow Street burglary was reported to officer Ryan Deen. The complainant stated he found the front door to the rental property had been forced open. The front door had also been removed from its hinges and taken and replaced by an old door. He reported the bathroom toilet stolen from the house as well as the wiring to the water heater and the water heater taken.

A Barber Road resident reported a theft to Sheriff's Sgt Steve Singleton. The complainant stated that the previous night his Poulan Pro 42" cut riding mower, with Briggs & Stratton engine, was stolen. He stated the mower had tubing welded to the front frame and several dents on the hood.

A local business owner reported to Officer Jason Barlow that he had been swindled. He reported that Mark Bridges came into his store and offered to sell him a $50 BP gas card for only $35. He bought the card but when he attempted to buy gas, there wasn't any credit left on the gas card. Mark Bridges could not be located.

A resident in the 700 block of Hall Street reported that someone shot at him on Saturday evening.
He reported to Officer Ryan Deen that he walked out of his house at about 9:45 pm and heard a gun shot fired. The bullet hit the wall of the home. The case was turned over to Investigator Anthony Stubbs.

A car burglary in the 500 block of Old Pelham Road was reported to Sheriff's Captain Greg McMillan. The complainant reported the window of his truck was busted out. Taken from the truck was a Colt double barrel pistol and a box of .45 caliber ammunition for the pistol.

A theft on Amsterdam Road was reported to Deputy Michael Cox. The complainant reported a New England Youth model .223 caliber rifle had been stolen.

A stolen purse was reported to Officer Jon Mills at about 10:30 pm Saturday. The victim parked at a home in the 1700 block of S Potter Street and ran inside to drop off diapers for the children. She stated when she returned that her black tote purse had been stolen with a blue wallet and a blackberry cell phone and $4 was missing.

A Columbia Street resident reported a vehicle burglary to Officer Brent Haire. The resident stated they awoke and heard voices outside. Turning on the light, no one was seen but it was discovered one vehicle's back window had been pried open. Missing was a 9" Sony portable TV, $200 in cash and several CDs in a case.

An Ike Street resident reported a theft to Officer Rusty Day. The resident stated a large red air compressor had been taken from their shed.

A resident on Faceville Attapulgus Road reported furniture they had stored was missing. They reported to Deputy Michael Cox that over $2,000 in items were missing that included a yellow Hot Point washer/dryer, a brown couch, 2 wooden chairs, 2 wooden end tables, a long brown table, 4 iron beds with mattress and an 18 ft green steel boat.

BPS Officer John Mills and Sgt Marvin Knight responded to a domestic disturbance at 527 Monroe Street. The complainant stated Carlos Williams had been out drinking with friends and came home cursing and destroying furniture in the home. She locked herself in the bedroom but he continued cursing at her and attempting to get through the door. She opened the door and told him she was calling the police to which Carlos stated "he didn't give a sxxt, they're not going to do anything".
When officers arrived, he continued talking loudly, and when he saw Sgt. Knight come in, Carlos became very aggravated. He continued on telling Sgt. Knight "I will get myself in trouble, I will get myself out." until finally he began with very inappropriate names. Carlos Anthony Williams, 40, was charged with disorderly conduct and taken to County Jail to cool down overnight.

A John Sam Road resident reported a theft to Deputy Brett Trammell. The complainant stated that a Smith and Wesson .44 caliber magnum 629 classic had been taken from his truck.

BPS Sgt David Cutchin responded to a S. Washington Street apartment at about 1:30 am regarding to family violence. He found the 18 year old female with a swollen right cheek and a very red eye. She reported that her boyfriend, Charles Smith, got mad at her and struck her in the eye and then threw a pan of brownies at her. She stated that she told Charles that he needed to make arrangements to leave and he told her that his parents were sending him money to go back to Macon.
The victim also stated that Charles had just got out of Seminole County jail, where he was charged with family violence and child endangerment. Charles was not on scene and officers were not able to locate him through the night.

An E Evans Street resident reported a burglary to Officer Gary Hines. She stated that they had a small fire the previous day and overnight several items were stolen. Missing from the home was a 70' inch flat screen TV, a 27' TV/DVD player and a Dell computer.

After the arrest of David Alan Drexler for possession of marijuana by GSP Brian Palmer, Sheriff's Investigator Brian Donalson was called to the scene. He took possession of several guns and ammunition that was in the car, a Remington 870 Express pump 12 gauge shotgun, a Savage Mark II .22 caliber LR rifle and a Stevens model 940E, 12 gauge shotgun with no serial number.
It was noted that David Alan Drexler and Billy Ray Hand Jr., the other vehicle occupant, have long been suspects of night hunting.

A $650 jewelry theft was reported by a Doe Run Place resident to Deputy Steve Black. The complainant had left her jewelry on her dresser. She identified a male that she had removed from her residence in the previous few days. Missing was a Fossil brown and gold watch, a bracelet with crosses hanging from it, a heart shaped ring with diamonds, a ring with 2 hearts and diamonds, and heart shape earrings.

A burglary at a Frank Braswell Road home was reported to Deputy Vincent Edmond. The complainant stated that when he returned from work and found his back door had been pried open. He stated that 2 Remington pump shotguns and a wrench tool set were missing. A neighbor reported that he had seen a small bright red car driven by a clean-cut white male go back towards the residence earlier.

A burglary at King West Apartments was reported to BPS Sgt Jon Harrison and Officer Sam Hughes. The superintendent on a job site at king west apartments stated someone broke into two of his storage containers and took three boxes of copper wire. Approximately 300 linear feet of 3/4 inch copper, 600 linear feet of 3/8 inch copper in rolls and a miscellaneous amount of wire on spools was taken. It appeared a cutting torch was used to break into the containers.

A burglary at a local auto parts store was reported to Officer Hank Day. The manager reported that the previous night the lock was cut to their used battery storage area. Someone had backed up to the fenced in area in front of the store and had stolen a pallet of used batteries. Taken were approximately 20-30 batteries on the pallet valued between $20-30 dollars each when sold as scrap.
A passerby reported that they saw a 1998-2000 model Green Ford F-150 parked in front of the area where the batteries were stolen. He said there was a heavy set white male wearing a gray hoodie and a black male wearing a red hoodie. A similar theft with the same truck description had been reported in Mitchell County with a South Carolina tag.

A burglary at an Alice Street home was reported to Officer Beau Harrell. The complainant stated that she arrived home to find her side door kicked in and numerous items stolen.

A $1,000 theft was reported by a resident in the 1200 block of Faceville Highway. Several males, one white male about 55 years old, were reported as coming in the home to inquire about replacing her linoleum. Found missing from her bedroom was some cash, a ring with 6-8 opals, 2 gold herring bone bracelets and a wedding band/engagement ring set.

An assault was reported to Officer Brent Haire by a resident in the 1400 block of West Street. The 85 year old man stated he came out of his back door and walked to the front of his house to replace his front porch light. He stated he returned to the back door and was struck from behind with a big limb.
His wife heard the noise and came out to find her husband lying on the ground and a young man standing over him with the limb in his hand. She shouted at him and he dropped the limb and ran. She reported he was wearing a black hood and a camo jacket.

A north Lamar Street resident reported that Sharky, her neighbor's dog, had killed her dog. She told Officer John Mills that as she was walking into her house Sharky ran up beside her and grabbed her little dog. She watched as her son and another neighbor attempted in vain to free the little dog from Sharky's jaws. Her little dog died from the injuries.

After midnight, an observant man passed a relative's home on Cooter Bouie Road. He spotted a gray GMC single cab truck backed up to a Buick Lesabre in the yard and 2 men hooking the vehicle up to be towed. He knew the resident was not home and thought the men were stealing the vehicle. He quickly picked up a friend and they followed the GMC towing the Buick on Cooter Bouie Road from a safe distance while they called E-911.
They stated the GMC took a right on Betts Mill Road and went south and they waited while talking to 911 and giving them the details. They then headed south on Betts Mill Road after the truck but met the GMC truck coming back northbound, not towing the stolen Buick. The truck appeared to be an early 1990's gray model and with a Florida tag.
Sheriff's Deputies flooded the area but were unable to locate the GMC. Deputy Vince Edmond began a search of the Betts Mill area for the stolen car. Eventually he found the vehicle in a field behind an abandoned residence at 422 Betts Mill Road. The back driver's side window of the Buick was broken and the steering column had been popped. The case was turned over to Investigator Julian Crowder.

Officer Hank Day responded to Rivers Apartments for a damage to property call. The manager pointed out a bullet hole in the back door to the office. It was approximately 18 inches from the top of the door and the bullet that appeared to be a .22 caliber was found.

At about 1 am, a East Water Street resident reported an attempted burglary. She stated that someone tried to get into the back door of her home. Two males in the home stepped outside and spotted the suspects take off running.
They stated that there were four males and stated two of the suspects were wearing ski masks. BPS Sgt. Jon Harrison and Officers Dexter Sapp and Sam Hughes searched the area with no luck. Later, a rear tire of a car was found to have been cut.

At about 9:30 pm, Officer Pat Bryant was traveling south on West Street when he saw one male chasing another male wearing a camo jacket but was unable to catch him. The suspect disappeared into the wooded area between West Street and Washington Street.
Officers thoroughly searched the area with no luck. He reported he came outside and found the suspect sitting in the passenger side of his girlfriend's car. A black book bag the suspect had dropped was found next to the fence. In the bag, Officer Bryant found a Xbox and several DVDs as well as a pawn slip.

A burglary was reported at an Albany road business to Officer Hank Day. The owner found that the glass entry door had been busted by a rock. He stated that this was the second burglary in the last week.

Officer Hank Day arrived at Simms Street Apartments to find a bloody victim that had been beaten in the face. He reported that he was standing in the yard when a male jumped him and beat him. He stated that he was then robbed of about $100 in cash. Witnesses in the area all stated they heard him yelling for help and then saw him on the ground bleeding. No one could give a description of the offender. The victim drove himself to hospital.

A 5 pm call to 911 reported that a male was beating a female in the 1000 block of MLK Jr Drive. Officer Archie Mills arrived to find a 25 year old female sitting on the back of her boyfriend, Antonio Bell. The female's face was bloody and she had scratches and abrasions. Her hair was pulled out and scattered on the ground and Antonio still had a handful of hair in his right hand. She reported that an intoxicated Antonio rode with her to his family's house and an argument ensued so she gathered her children and headed to leave in his vehicle.
Children watched as Antonio ran up and punched her in the face. She fought him off and when he went to the ground, sat on his back. Antonio Bell, 29, of 108 MLK Jr Drive Apt 1A, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, saggy pants and public drunk. Pictures were taken of her injuries.

A man throwing oranges in a local store was the call at about 11 pm. Public Safety Sgt Jon Harrison and Officer Sam Hughes responded. The victim reported to officers that when Derrick Eakin of Climax walked into the store and saw him that he began to cuss him, picked up an orange and threw it at him. Derrick Eakin then chased the victim around the store and fell to the floor in a struggle arguing with each other. It appeared to be over Derrick Eakin's wife.

A burglary at a Gibbs Miles apartment was reported to Officer Greg Brown. The resident stated she arrived home to find a window broken for the thief to make entry. Reported missing was $500 from where she had hidden it along with a key to her apartment taken off her key ring.

Damage to property was the call Decatur Street at about 9:30 pm. Ebony Thomas reported to BPS Captain Jerry Carter that her boyfriend, Reginald Anderson, had broken out all the windows of her 1999 Jeep Cherokee. The Captain then spoke with Reginald Anderson, who was inside the house. Reginald stated that Ebony Thomas had broken out all the windows in the front room of the house.
Ebony denied breaking out all the windows, only the front window. Ebony Thomas stated that Reginald took her cellphone because she had it on vibrate, got mad, and accused her of cheating on him. She stated he then went outside and began breaking her jeep windows.

An assault was reported in the 1200 block of Troupe Street. Officer Beau Harrell responded to find the victim bloody with 2 gashes in the top of his forehead. In speaking with the officer, the victim wasn't making much sense as far as who had done this to him. Another resident reported that she found the victim by a shed in the backyard of an empty house on Broughton Street.
Another witness stated that she had heard a couple of pops that came from the Broughton Street area and saw two 18-22 year old males run from the area. She knew one individual known as "Marcus."

An East Shotwell Street business reported a theft to Officer Ryan Deen. The complainant stated a car at the business had been broken into. He stated that a set of 26" rims had been stolen and the car was left sitting on concrete blocks.
