Meet Our Pastor
Jeff Stapleton was called to pastor Covenant Christian Church when the church was established in July 2010. Jeff has been in the ministry for 24 years after receiving a bachelor's degree in ministry from Johnson Bible College in Knoxville, TN. He was ordained a minister of the gospel by the Christian Church in 1986 and has served churches in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. In addition to local church work, Jeff has also preached on radio, in nursing homes, and to jail inmates at various times and places. Jeff and his wife Marie have 3 grown children and 1 grandchild. Marie teaches Special Education at Bainbridge High School and serves as worship leader at Covenant. They have lived in Bainbridge since 2006. |
