World War II Veteran's Project
Mayo Livingston and Children's Librarian, Tom Bush, have been interviewing local World War II veterans for the past seven years. Their exploits are videotaped and can be checked out. Recently, the Thomas M. & Irene B. Kirbo Charitable Trust provided a grant of $1,500 to transfer the tapes to DVD format.

First Monday Book Club
